• Order information — the products you buy, delivery address, and contact details needed to fulfil an order.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Network International / N-Genius). We receive a confirmation and limited details such as the card type and last digits; we do not store your full card number.
• Usage information — basic technical data such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies needed to run the site.

We use personal information to:

• operate the Marketplace and process and deliver your orders;
• provide customer support and handle returns or disputes;
• detect and prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure;
• meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (including UAE VAT record-keeping);
• improve our services and, where permitted, send you updates.

We share personal information only as needed:

• With Sellers — the details required for a Seller to fulfil an order you place with them.
• With our payment provider — to authorise and settle payments securely.
• With service providers — such as hosting and infrastructure partners, under contract and only to provide the Marketplace.

We do not sell your personal information.
