Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Diroute marketplace (the “Marketplace”), operated by Cyrock Capital LLC FZ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Marketplace, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Marketplace.

Diroute is a venue that lets independent merchants (“Sellers”) list products and lets buyers compare every Seller’s price for the same product. Unless a listing states otherwise, the Seller — not Diroute — is the merchant of record for the goods you buy, and is responsible for the accuracy of their listing, the condition of their stock, and fulfilment of your order.

We provide the platform, the catalogue, checkout, and payment handling, and we set the standards Sellers must meet. We are not a party to the sale contract between you and a Seller except where we are expressly identified as the Seller for a listing.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

Catalogue prices are shown in US dollars and, where a Seller offers the same product, we display the range across merchants so you can choose. Prices and availability can change until an order is placed. Where an order is delivered into the United Arab Emirates, VAT is applied at the prevailing rate and shown before you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the displayed price. A contract forms when the order is accepted and payment is authorised. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Network International / N-Genius); we do not store your full card details. If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we or the Seller may decline or cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Delivery timeframes, shipping charges, and return windows are set by the Seller and shown at checkout or in the Seller’s policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms. To arrange a return or report a problem with an order, contact us and we will coordinate with the Seller.

You agree not to:

• use the Marketplace for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape data other than as permitted;
• post false, misleading, or infringing content, or impersonate any person or business.

The Marketplace, its design, and its content are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by us or our licensors. Product data sheets and imagery sourced from Icecat remain subject to Icecat’s database rights (© Icecat) and are displayed under licence. You may not reproduce or redistribute Marketplace content except as permitted by law.

The Marketplace is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a Seller’s acts or omissions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when. Material changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Marketplace means you accept the revised Terms.
